Do you have a Familynet account and you cannot log in? Then try the following:

  1. Make sure you have Caps Lock turned off
  2. Check that you enter the email address correctly, including the period and the @
  3. Check whether you enter the password correctly. It is important that you enter this exactly the same as the password you chose when you created a Familynet account. So if your password is ‘Sunflower123’, don’t enter ‘Sunflower 123’ or ‘sunflower123’.
  4. Make sure you have cookies enabled in your internet browser.
  5. If you have forgotten your password, set a new one here.
