Do you have a Familynet account and you cannot log in? Then try the following:
- Make sure you have Caps Lock turned off
- Check that you enter the email address correctly, including the period and the @
- Check whether you enter the password correctly. It is important that you enter this exactly the same as the password you chose when you created a Familynet account. So if your password is ‘Sunflower123’, don’t enter ‘Sunflower 123’ or ‘sunflower123’.
- Make sure you have cookies enabled in your internet browser.
